Hi, I’m Michael. I’ve led teams and shaped strategy in senior commercial roles, and spent the last 20 years helping people learn and grow at work. What I’ve found is simple: real change doesn’t come from courses or tick-box training — it comes from connection, conversation, and learning that feels human. When people truly connect — with themselves, each other, and their purpose — performance transforms. That’s why I design and facilitate experiences that spark curiosity, shift behaviour, and make growth stick — in the flow of real work, where it matters most.
