I’ve always believed that the most powerful learning doesn’t happen in a classroom - it happens in the moments where people connect, share, and grow together. My approach is grounded in both practice and rigour. I bring a mix of academic breadth that includes an MBA, an MSc in Strategic Learning, a Postgraduate Diploma in Marketing, and a Postgraduate coaching qualification. In addition, I’ve been recognised with awards for designing senior leadership programmes and consultancy projects that deliver real, lasting results. As a Facilitator, Story-Teller, Coach, Guide, and Catalyst, I help create those moments.

Every engagement is designed around the people, context, and challenges in front of us — because the most effective solutions are the ones that feel human. My work is about weaving stories that inspire, discovering and asking questions that unlock potential, and guiding people as they navigate their own journeys of growth.

I don’t just design learning programmes — I create experiences that bring meaning to work. Experiences that spark curiosity, strengthen relationships, and invite people to see themselves — and each other — in new ways. Whether I’m working one-to-one with a leader, with a team finding its rhythm, or with a senior HRD rethinking strategy, my approach is always the same: keep it human, keep it simple, keep it effective. And I bring the experience and credibility to stand alongside leaders and teams to ensure the learning truly lands.

At the core, I believe learning is a deeply human act. My role is simply to make space for it to flourish.
